Saat ini PT. Ciba Vision Batam membuka kesempatan berkarir sebagai engineer dan manager. Adapun informasinya adalah sebagai berikut.
1. OpEx Engineer
Responsibility:
- Driving continuous improvement involve reducing costs, minimizing scrap.
- Track the project progress for all CI Green Belt.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with 2-5 years experiences, preferable science / engineering background/relevant working experience in Medical Device.
2. Water Solution Engineer
Responsibility:
- Ensure continues water treatment & solution system availability and efficiency to meet production demand and compliance to the quality system requirement.
- Manage inventory of Solution Consumable items (Filters, UV lamp)
- To response water & solution system OOS, OOT, Investigation and & Corrective action, assessment or breakdown and conduct troubleshooting.
Requirement:
- Engineering degree in either mechanical, electronics or chemical preferred with a strong statistical skill, logical thinking and attention to details. Basic understanding of English (read, write and communicate).
3. CAPA / Production Engineer
Responsibility:
- Understand the failure / CAPA Investigation requirement based on: GMP / QSR US FDA and ISO Standards
- Perform improvement to effectively utilize equipment, materials and headcount to optimize production process by engineering analysis and make recommendations for implementation with maintaining high productivity and quality standard.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with 3-5 experiences, preferable science / engineering background
- Familiar with root cause analysis tools and / or risk analysis such as: fish bone diagram, 5 WHYS, FMEA, and HACCP
4. Process Engineering Manager
Responsibility:
- Lead Process Engineering team to achieve deliverable targets. Provide technical support for process improvement to achieve sustainable manufacturing.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with 7-10 years experiences, preferable science / engineering background/relevant working experience in Medical Device.
- Strong concept and exposure on process improvement such as LEAN / Six Sigma
5. Sr. Quality Compliance
Responsibility:
- Ensure Non Conformance Report (NCR) / Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) investigation is in compliance all applicable specifications, SOPs, standards, submissions and regulations. Familiar with Deviation Management
Requirement:
- B.A. / B.S. in Biology / Life Science / Engineering or other science related or technical field or equivalent work experience.
- CAPA Expert Certification or other external CAPA process training. Minimum 5 years of experience; Multinational & GMP manufacturing preferably.
- Certified Quality Non-conformance investigator.
- Strong Knowledge on statistical method.
6. Sr. Process Engineer
Responsibility:
- Responsible for providing technical support for process improvement to achieve the right quantity and quality of products at lowest achievable production cost operating within corporate and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with 5-7 years experiences, preferable science / engineering background/relevant working experience in Medical Device.
