1. Corporate Secretary Staff
Job Description:
- Assist corporate secretary of the Company on GCG (Good Corporate Governance) implementation, including corporate actions, correspondencing with OJK, BEI, KSEI, KPEI, BI, and other relate institutions, and performing others corporate secretary duties;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest OJK, BEI, BI, and other institutions regulations;;
- Assiting corporate finance functions in legal aspects.
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor Degree in Law or Economic from a reputable university
- Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Proficient skill in English especially, reading and writing. The position will involve a high volume of document reviews and preparations in English.
- Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
- Familiar with commercial terms in contract/agreement.
- Having good knowledge in corporate legal especially in OJK, BEI and familiar with other Indonesian regulation requirements.
2. Engineering Quality Assurance
Job Description:
- Identification equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
- Make recommendations to maintenance crew
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Make weekly and monthly report
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering
- Having experience in mechanical at least 3 years, preferable in manufacturing or paper industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
3. Finance Staff
Job Description:
- Perform cash management, treasury, and finance functions;
- Liase and negotiates with banker on his/her related function;
- Review and monitor payment process, from request to payment release.
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor Degree in Economic from a reputable university
- Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Proficient skill in English especially, reading and writing.
- Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
- Familiar and comfortable with bank facilities.
4. Legal Administration Staff
Job Description:
- Assisting Corporate Legal
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university
- Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, etc)
- Have experience as Legal Staff for 1 – 2 years and / or Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.

5. Mechanic (Mech)
Job Description:
- Repair or maintain the operating condition of paper machines or processing machinery or equipment
- Observe and test the operation machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions
Qualification:
- Male, max. age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess in Diploma's Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience preferable in paper industry
- Willing to work on shift schedule
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
