1. Coal Assembly Dispatch
- Responsibilities: To plan, monitor, and control the process of coal hauling and product assembly from ROM mine to Kelanis Port
- Requirements: Bachelor Degree all majors; Preferably have experience in the field of engineering / mining / quality control / supply chain; Having good communication skill; Having good leadership skill

2. CSR Monitoring & Reporting Staff
- Responsibilities: Create and compile an annual distribution map of CSR Program; Prepare CSR reports (monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annually, and incidental report); Monitoring CSR programs; Managing the distribution database of CSR program
- Requirements: Bachelor Degree all majors; Minimum 2 years experience in mapping, research, and project monitoring fields; Mastering GIS, reporting, and web-based application; Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
- Minimum year of experience: 2 years

3. HRGA Officer
- Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating and arranging human resource activities on site to support the company’s operational activities in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations as well as performing office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, site office & asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall project as well as performing at site
- Requirements:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree all majors with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
b. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and 5 years in HRGA function
c.Required Competencies : Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, People d. Development, HR Administrative, General Affairs.
e. Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
f. Good command in English both verbal and written
g. Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

4. Instrument & Control Team Leader
- Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing electrical designs and schedule for the power plant project’s instrumentation and control to ensure it is in accordance with the company’s electrical technical standards
- Requirements:
a. Minimum Diploma graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
b. Min. 5 years experience in both control and Instrument engineering as well as electrical engineering (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in power plant projects
c. Good communication and managerial skills.
d. Good command in English both oral and written
e. Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
